In our current economic climate finding a job is becoming more and more difficult. Students are now graduating to find that there are simply not enough jobs available for them. Nobody wants to hire students with no experience. A question many people are asking is: How do we gain experience, if no one is willing to employ us? This is an ever-growing chain of events which is leaving the younger generation disheartened with the world of work and training.  Apprenticeships are on there way in once again, the building sector is now seeing a rise of young individuals showing interest in training up to be a tiler, plumber and plasterer.
